So, yeah, this manga is simply about two office ladies in their early twenties getting rid of their tension, fatigue and daily frustrations thanks to the healthy practice of yoga, with skilled reliable instructors.
With enough charisma and the proper choice of words, everything works, in hentai. Even basically groping and technically molesting while pretending this is yoga, in the end they just casually call it sex yoga anyway, and it’s not evil since everybody’s consenting 
That said, huge warning, there’s so much censorship (full whiteout), in my eyes it only counts as ecchi.
